Mount Charles Group is seeking a Cleaning Operative to join our Belfast team at Radius Mourneview Court. This role offers a part-time pattern (4 hours per week across 2 days, typically 08:30–17:00). You will deliver high-quality cleaning across offices, meeting rooms and facilities, ensuring spaces are tidy and well maintained.

We value customer service, attention to detail and reliability. Relevant NVQ/SVQ Level One in Cleaning Interiors is advantageous; BICS qualifications and basic safety

Formación

• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Basic statutory training and safety awareness to understand work instructions.

Responsabilidades

• Providing the highest level of cleaning service within your area of responsibility.
• Responding positively, politely and promptly to all customer requirements and carrying out duties professionally.
• Providing a range of general cleaning services to include offices/meeting rooms, toilets, site wide.
• Ensuring all stocks are replenished in your area of responsibility.
• Performing regular checks on equipment and ensuring it is clean and in good working order.
• Familiarising with and following all company procedures and regulations.
• Participating in Health and Safety Policy and reporting hazards to your Line Manager.
• Ensuring offices, toilets, and amenity areas are presented clean and tidy.
• Complying with Health, Safety & Hygiene standards and regulations.
