Job summary

Mount Charles Group is looking for a customer-focused cleaner to provide high-level cleaning across offices and amenity areas. The role is part-time, offering 3 hours per week scheduled twice a week between 08:00 and 18:00, ensuring areas are presented clean and tidy.

You will respond to customer requirements promptly, replenish stocks and follow health and safety standards, all while upholding our family values. NVQ/SVQ Level One in Cleaning is an advantage; basic training is provided.

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• NVQ/SVQ Level One in Cleaning Building Interiors would be an advantage but not essential.
• Previous work experience in customer service employment.
• Current BICS Qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Providing the highest level of cleaning service within your area of responsibility.
• Responding positively, politely and promptly to all customer requirements and carry out your duties in a professional manner.
• Providing a range of general cleaning services to include offices/meeting rooms, toilets, site wide.
• Ensuring all stocks are replenished in your area of responsibility.
• Ensuring regular checks are carried out to the equipment/machines used during hours of work and all the equipment is left clean and in good working order.
• Making yourself familiar with and follow all company procedures and regulations.
• Participating in the Health and Safety Policy of the company and report any dangers, or hazards you encounter to your Line Manager.
• All offices, toilets, and amenity areas to be presented clean and tidy.
• Comply with all Health, Safety & Hygiene standards.
• Comply with all regulations as necessary.
• Report defective equipment/ utensils/ work and floor surfaces or any other Health and Safety issues to your Line Manager.
