Job summary

Mount Charles Group are currently recruiting a Cleaning Operative to join our team based at Golf Holdings Ltd, Belfast. This is a great opportunity to join a world leading facilities management company.

You will provide a range of general cleaning services to include offices/meeting rooms, toilets/showers and amenity areas site wide, ensuring all stocks are replenished and health and safety standards are met. Working pattern is 10 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 09:30–11:30 shifts.

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service skills are required.
• Strong attention to detail is essential.
• NVQ/SVQ Level One in Cleaning Building Interiors would be an advantage.
• Previous work experience in customer service employment.
• Basic statutory training for reading/writing/speaking/listening to understand safety instructions.

Responsibilities

• Provide cleaning services for offices, meeting rooms, toilets, and amenity areas site wide.
• Ensure stocks are replenished in your area.
• Follow health, safety and HACCP regulations and report hazards.
• Respond to customer requirements promptly and courteously.
• Maintain equipment and report defects.
