Mount Charles Group is seeking a Cleaning Operative to join our team at Radius Slemish Drive, Ballymena. This part-time role offers 10 hours per week, 8am–4pm, Monday to Friday, performing cleaning duties across offices, meeting rooms, toilets, laboratories and amenity areas to the highest standards.

You will provide exceptional customer service, maintain a clean, safe environment, and comply with health, safety and hygiene policies.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in delivering high-quality cleaning services according to client specifications.
• Ability to respond quickly, politely and professionally to customer needs.
• Proven track record of maintaining cleanliness in offices and amenity areas.

Aufgaben

• Provide the highest level of cleaning service within your area of responsibility.
• Carry out cleaning duties in offices, meeting rooms, toilets/showers, laboratories and amenity areas site wide.
• Ensure stocks are replenished and equipment is kept in good working order.
• Report any defects or safety concerns to the Line Manager.
• Follow company procedures, regulations and health and safety policies.
