Mount Charles is recruiting a Cleaning Operative to join our Belfast team at Radius Whiterock Close. This part-time role (6 hours per week) offers the chance to provide high-quality cleaning services across offices, meeting rooms, and toilets while maintaining stock levels and complying with safety standards.

Qualifications

• NVQ/SVQ Level 1 in Cleaning Building Interiors would be an advantage
• Basic reading, writing and listening skills to follow safety instructions and communicate with customers
• Previous work experience in customer service is desirable

Responsibilities

• Provide the highest level of cleaning service within your area of responsibility
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer requirements
• Clean offices, meeting rooms and toilets
• Ensure stocks are replenished in your area
• Check equipment and machines, keep them clean and in good working order
• Follow all company procedures and health & safety policies
• Report hazards or faulty equipment to your Line Manager
• Keep offices, toilets and amenities clean and tidy
• Comply with health, safety and hygiene standards
