Job summary

Mount Charles Group are recruiting a Cleaning Operative based at Radius Ligoniel Road, Belfast. This role offers 4 hours per week across 2 days, Monday to Friday, with shifts between 08:30 and 17:00.

You will deliver high‑quality cleaning services for offices, meeting rooms and toilets, while maintaining stocks and equipment in clean, safe condition. The ideal candidate will have exceptional customer service, strong attention to detail, and be comfortable following health and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service skills and attention to detail.
• NVQ/SVQ Level One in Cleaning Building Interiors would be an advantage but not essential.
• Previous work experience in customer service employment.
• Basic reading, writing, speaking and listening skills to understand safety and work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Provide high standard cleaning services in offices, meeting rooms, toilets and site-wide areas.
• Replenish stocks in your area of responsibility.
• Ensure equipment is kept clean and in good working order.
• Follow company procedures and health and safety regulations.
• Report hazards or dangers to the Line Manager.
