Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning tasks in designated areas including lounges, toilet, kitchen, utility and other communal spaces. Following established cleaning specifications to ensure consistency in service delivery.
• To work, and utilize equipment and products, safely.
• Report any maintenance issues, or safety hazards, to housing staff.
• Interact with residents in a pleasant and respectful manner
• Manage time effectively to complete tasks within designated time-frames.
• Complete paper-based records (timesheets and cleaning specifications)
