Job summary

Pinnacle Group Limited is seeking a dedicated Cleaner to maintain high cleanliness standards in our housing communities in Northampton. You will join our Cleaning Team based at a large housing and rehabilitation site, performing general duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting and waste management.

The role requires reliability and attention to detail, with strong communication to residents. Hours are 9am/10am to 1pm/2pm, Monday to Friday, 20 hours per week, on-site in Northampton.

Qualifications

• Professional cleaning experience in communal housing settings.
• Experience operating cleaning equipment and tools.
• Good communication with residents and team members.

Responsibilities

• Clean communal internal and external areas (stairs, lifts, courtyards, paths) per contract spec.
• Remove dumped refuse bags and household items to refuse areas.
• Check communal lighting and replace blown bulbs.
• Sweep hard surfaces and litter-pick on soft surfaces.
• Clean windows within easy reach.
