Pinnacle Group Limited is recruiting a part-time Cleaner for our housing sites in Aylesbury. The role is 20 hours per week, 8am–12pm, Monday to Friday, permanent contract. You will maintain cleanliness in communal areas and support residents with a welcoming environment.

• Experience using cleaning machinery.

Responsibilities

• Clean communal internal and external areas per contract specification.
• Remove dumped refuse bags and household items to refuse chambers or other areas.
• Check communal lighting and replace blown bulbs.
• Sweep hard surfaces and litter pick on soft surfaces.
• Clean windows within easy reach.
