Job summary

Pinnacle Group is seeking a dedicated Cleaner to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across our housing sites in Aylesbury. The role involves general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting and waste management, with a focus on creating a welcoming environment for residents.

The position is 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 12:00 pm, on a temporary basis. We value reliability, attention to detail and a customer‑focussed approach as part of our Soft FM

Qualifications

• Cleaning experience in a professional setting is essential.
• Experience using cleaning machinery is preferred.
• Strong communication skills to interact with residents are important.

Responsibilities

• Clean communal internal and external areas (lifts, stairs, courtyards, paths, grass).
• Remove dumped refuse and manage waste in designated areas.
• Check lighting and replace blown bulbs in communal spaces.
• Sweep hard surfaces and perform litter removal on soft surfaces.
• Clean windows within easy reach.
