Job summary

Compass Group UK is seeking a motivated Chef to join Inspire on a part-time basis, contracted to 32.5 hours per week and 47.6 weeks per year. You will prepare and serve high-quality food that delights clients and customers, while supporting menu changes and creative concepts in a dynamic catering environment.

The ideal candidate holds City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ, a Food Hygiene certificate, and is experienced in supervising a kitchen team.

Qualifications

• City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent required.
• Food Hygiene certificate required.
• Experience supervising a team in a similar chef role.
• Passion for great-tasting food and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Prepare delicious, high-quality food that delights clients and customers.
• Oversee and implement menu changes.
• Identify opportunities to improve food services.
• Respond to customer feedback to enhance offerings.
• Assist with creating new menus and concepts.
