KLONDYKE GROUP LIMITED in Holland Arms Garden Centre is seeking a Part Time Permanent Chef to join our restaurant team. The role offers 32 hours per week across 4 days, with weekend working but no evening shifts or split shifts. The centre is closed on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day to spend time with family.

Pay is £13.27 per hour, with benefits and staff discounts. You’ll support all areas of food production, preparing fresh ingredients for the full menu and maintaining high

Qualifications

• Experience in food production and kitchen hygiene.
• Ability to work as part of a small team under supervision.
• Commitment to delivering quality dishes with fresh ingredients.

Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh ingredients.
• Prepare hot and cold food orders to order.
• Monitor stock levels and contribute to ordering.
• Work to minimize waste.
• Carry out cleaning and hygiene tasks to high standards.
• Close down kitchen each day and prep for next day.
