Job summary

Browns Bluewater is seeking a Part Time Chef De Partie to join Browns Brasserie and Bar. You will run a section, mentor kitchen colleagues, and help deliver classically British food while maintaining brand standards.

You’ll work flexible shifts, with opportunities for progression and training through Mitchells & Butlers, including pension, holiday and staff discounts.
