Browns Manchester, part of Mitchells & Butlers PLC, is seeking a Chef de Partie who excels in leading a kitchen section and mentoring Chefs. You will ensure smooth service, uphold brand standards, and prepare everything required before service while maintaining top cleanliness and safety.

Job description

As a Chef de Partie at Browns Manchester, you will have a passion for serving great food, training great people and leaving a smile on our guests faces. You’ll run a section, ensuring your kitchen team are working together as one. Does this sound like you?
