Browns Nottingham, part of Mitchells & Butler's PLC, is looking for a Chef de Partie to master our menu and deliver dishes guests love.

You’ll work in a supportive team, cook to specification, maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety, and enjoy flexible shifts, generous staff discounts across our brands, and opportunities for qualification and progression.
