Browns Exeter, part of Mitchells & Butlers PLC, is seeking a Chef de Partie who is passionate about great food and training people. You will run a kitchen section, ensuring the team works as one and service runs smoothly. If you take pride in a strong kitchen discipline, we want to hear from you.

• Professional kitchen experience required.
• Ability to mentor kitchen staff.

• Prepare everything that is needed before service.
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
• Cook to spec and know the menu inside out.
