Browns Bristol is seeking a Chef de Partie who loves great food, training people, and making guests smile. You’ll run a kitchen section with a team committed to working together in a fast-paced, brand-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Experience running a kitchen section and leading a small team.
• Ability to uphold brand standards in a busy kitchen.
• Mentor and train junior Chefs to work as one cohesive unit.
