Job summary

Browns Glasgow, part of Mitchells & Butler s PLC, is recruiting a Chef de Partie to lead a section and train our kitchen team. You’ll help ensure service runs smoothly, staying true to the Browns Brasserie and Bar standards while delivering great guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Previous Chef de Partie experience in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Ability to mentor junior staff and work as part of a brigade.
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards.
• Passion for delivering great guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead a kitchen section and ensure smooth service.
• Prepare mise en place and maintain clean, safe workstations.
• Cook to spec and uphold brand standards.
• Support training and development of junior chefs.
