Job summary

Clarke Willmott LLP is seeking a part-time Business Analyst to join our Change Team. The role focuses on identifying process improvements, gathering requirements, and supporting practical change across the firm on a 6-month FTC with 3 days per week.

You will work with stakeholders at all levels, translate business needs into technical and process design, and help deliver measurable benefits while ensuring compliance and high service quality. Flexible working is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business analysis, process improvement and change.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and requirement management skills.
• Ability to document clear analysis artefacts and BPMN/process maps.
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Analyse business challenges and define requirements across the Change Team.
• Elicit, document and validate requirements through interviews and workshops.
• Develop process maps, workflows and business cases to support solution design.
• Support the full project lifecycle from design through testing and delivery.
