Job summary

Clarke Willmott LLP is seeking a part-time Business Analyst to join the Change Team for a 6‑month fixed term (until 31/03/27) with possible extension. • Proven experience in business analysis, process improvement or a related discipline.
• Strong understanding of business analysis principles, techniques and best practice.
• Experience facilitating interviews and stakeholder engagement activities.

Responsibilities

• Engage with stakeholders to understand objectives and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Elicit, document and validate business requirements through interviews and process reviews.
• Analyse existing processes to identify inefficiencies, risks and opportunities for optimisation.
• Produce process maps, requirements documentation, user stories and business cases.
• Help design future-state processes and operating models to support business goals.
