Job summary

Bupa Mindplace Brighton is seeking a Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist on a permanent part-time basis. The role offers 2 days per week with 5 appointments daily, in a setting at Mindplace Brighton. Salary is competitive with excellent Bupa benefits and pro-rata adjustment for part-time hours.

Sessions run 8am–5pm Monday to Friday, with a range of delivery models and ongoing clinical supervision within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Full BABCP accreditation is required.
• Post-Graduate Diploma in CBT (BABCP accredited) is required.
• At least 2 years post-qualification experience providing high intensity CBT.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality CBT or low-level brief interventions with strong clinical outcomes.
• Deliver assessments and formulations to guide evidence-based intervention.
• Ensure appropriate pathways of care and support for clients.
• Offer models of service delivery including face-to-face, telephone or video consultations.
• Adhere to case management processes and collaborate with the therapy team.
• Provide signposting or onward referral when required.
• Deliver wellbeing support and coaching as needed.
• Manage caseload autonomously within professional guidelines.
