Job summary

Bupa in St Albans is seeking a Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist to provide high-quality CBT face-to-face in a busy clinic. The role is permanent and part-time (minimum two days per week), located at Suite 2, West Wing, 1 Abbey View, Everard Cl, St Albans.

You will deliver assessments and interventions with flexibility for session formats. The ideal candidate holds BABCP accreditation with a BABCP-accredited Diploma and at least two years’ post-qualification high-intensity CBT experience.

Qualifications

• Full BABCP accreditation is required.
• Diploma/qualification in CBT that is BABCP accredited.
• At least 2 years of post-qualification experience delivering high-intensity CBT.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality CBT with strong clinical outcomes.
• Deliver comprehensive assessments and formulations to guide care.
• Offer face-to-face, telephone, or video sessions as appropriate.
• Adhere to case management processes and collaborate with clinical leads.
• Maintain diary management and work toward client recovery goals.
• Provide signposting or onward referrals when needed.
