Job summary

Compass Group UK&I is seeking an experienced Catering Supervisor for part-time operations (20 hours per week) to oversee kitchens and service counters on a major High Street brand. You will lead culinary and catering teams, monitor KPIs with your line manager, and uphold a strong brand image.

The role requires at least two years in catering, a valid Basic Food Hygiene certificate, and excellent communication and organisational skills.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Preparing delicious food to the highest standards.
• Supervising culinary and catering teams to deliver impeccable food and customer service.
• Monitoring KPIs and targets with your line manager.
• Representing Compass Group UK&I and maintaining a positive brand image.
• Liaising between customers and our culinary and service teams to exceed expectations.
• Training and supporting teams, leading from the front.
• Ensuring Health & Safety standards across all catering and service teams.
