Cygnet Health Care is seeking a confident Administrator to join Tabley House Nursing Home in Knutsford. You will provide high-quality administrative support, maintain records, and help ensure smooth daily operations for residents and staff.

The role is part-time (22.5 hours/week, 9am-5pm) with pro rata salary £17,421.28 per year. You will join a supportive team at a beautiful 18th-century country house setting in the Cheshire countryside.

Formación

• Required: administrator with experience in health care and knowledge of mental health.
• Flexible and organised; able to prioritise workloads and solve problems.
• Calm under pressure and able to work under your own initiative.
• Strong written and verbal communication with attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access, Windows and the internet.

Responsabilidades

• Provide a high standard of organisational & administrative support
• Prepare reports & other written materials to a high standard
• Keep files & records as required
• Work co-operatively with all other members of the administration team to ensure the department runs smoothly
• Occasional minute taking at meetings & taking notes for meetings as & when required
• Answer the telephone & respond to all enquiries in a friendly, efficient manner
