Job summary

The Shaftesbury Group is seeking a general maintenance worker for Brookside House, a residential home for adults with disabilities. The role covers repairs, upkeep, and regular inspections of equipment and facilities, with logging of items needing specialist attention on a 20-hour per week, part-time basis.

The post requires an Enhanced DBS or Access NI check, onsite duties and a focus on safety. Training, holiday entitlement, pension scheme and staff recognition rewards are offered.

• Regular inspection, logging and reporting of items needing specialist maintenance

• Supporting health and safety by identifying and removing hazards
