Job summary

• Carry out general maintenance and repairs on assigned equipment and facilities
• Regularly inspect, log and report items needing specialist maintenance
• Carry out minor repairs
• Paint and build furniture
• Change light bulbs
• Unblock toilets
• Do gardening
• Support health and safety within the service and keep hazards out
