Qualifications

• Experience supporting adults with autism and/or learning disabilities or in a care setting.
• Understanding of behaviours that may challenge and a proactive support approach.
• Caring, compassionate attitude with a genuine desire to help others succeed.
• Strong communication and ability to build positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Support daily routines and encourage independence.
• Accompany residents on activities and outings to promote wellbeing.
• Contribute to a safe, comfortable care environment at Oakhurst Lodge.
