Responsibilities

• Provide the best possible care and support to residents daily/nightly.
• Assist with personal care, meals, and social interaction.
• Maintain residents' records and report changes to a senior person.
• Respect confidentiality of residents' personal information.
• Encourage participation in leisure activities and escort to appointments.
• Make and change beds, tidy rooms, light cleaning, keep the home welcoming.
• Be an active, supportive team member and attend meetings.
• Be prepared to take on other tasks as directed by management.
