Crystal Care Collection Limited is seeking a part-time Care Assistant for Millstone Mews in Bourne. You will provide personal and emotional care to residents, assist with meals and daily activities, and help maintain a safe, clean home environment.

The role offers a rotating three-shift pattern with part-time morning or evening blocks and an hourly rate of £13.65. You will join a team that prioritises residents' wellbeing and supportive working relationships.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to provide daily personal care and emotional support to residents.
• Assist with meals and nutrition to residents.
• Maintain confidential resident records and report changes to senior staff.
• Support social activities and engage residents in leisure.
