Job summary

Crystal Care Collection Limited is recruiting a Care Assistant for Stowe Mount, Lichfield. The role is part‑time mornings with a fixed three‑shift on, three‑shift off rolling pattern and a pay rate of £13.65 per hour (days).

You will provide basic daily care, assist with meals, support residents’ physical and emotional needs, and keep records updated. Induction training, DBS checks, and a staff meal on shift are provided.

Qualifications

• Previous care experience is preferred.
• Willingness to work mornings and on a part‑time rota.
• Enhanced DBS check will be funded.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support to residents daily.
• Assist with meals and daily routines.
• Maintain residents' records and report changes to seniors.
• Support residents' social and emotional well‑being through engagement and activities.
• Keep the home clean, tidy and welcoming at all times.
