Job summary

Crystal Care Collection Limited is seeking a Care Assistant for part-time evening shifts at Middleshaw Hills, Clitheroe, Lancashire. The role pays £13.65 per hour and operates on a rolling three-shift pattern with three days off.

You will provide daily and nightly care, support residents with meals, personal care, and social activities, while maintaining records and adhering to safety standards. Sponsorship is not offered.

Qualifications

• Provides patient and emotional support to residents.
• Maintains accurate records and reports changes in residents' condition.
• Assists with meals and nutrition planning.
• Maintains cleanliness and a safe, welcoming home environment.
• Works as part of a care team and participates in meetings.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and daily support to residents.
• Assist residents with daily routines and mobility.
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ health and wellbeing.
• Support social activities and companionship for residents.
• Keep resident rooms tidy and ensure safety and hygiene.
