Job summary

Crystal Care Collection Limited is seeking a Care Assistant for Foxcrest Hills in Coalville, opening January 2027. This part-time role involves providing daily personal care, assisting with meals, and supporting residents physically and emotionally in a welcoming home environment.

You will work a rolling three-on/three-off rota with Part Time Morning and Evening shifts (£13.65 per hour). Induction training, DBS check, Blue Light Card, and staff benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Provide personal care and support to residents daily.
• Maintain confidentiality of residents' information at all times.
• Assist with meals and encourage social interaction and engagement.

Responsibilities

• Understand and comply with health & safety, infection control and other statutory requirements to maintain a safe home.
• Monitor residents' wellbeing and report changes to senior staff, keeping records updated.
• Support residents with leisure activities and accompany them to appointments and outings.
• Assist with bed making, light cleaning and maintaining a welcoming environment.
• Be an active team member, contribute to meetings and support new staff.
