Job summary

Crystal Care Collection Limited is recruiting Care Assistants for Penrose Croft, Helston, Cornwall, on a part-time basis. You will support residents daily with personal care, meals and companionship, following care plans and regulatory standards.

The role includes shift patterns across mornings and evenings on a rolling rota, with an hourly rate of £13.79. We value friendly, reliable individuals who communicate well and work respectfully within a team.

Qualifications

• Experience in personal care and supporting residents in a care setting.
• Knowledge of Health & Safety, COSHH and infection control frameworks.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and accurate resident records.

Responsibilities

• Help residents with personal care and activities of daily living.
• Assist with meals and nutrition and provide social interaction.
• Maintain clean, safe and welcoming home environment.
• Report changes in residents’ condition to senior staff and update records.
• Support the care team and participate in team meetings.
