Compass Group PLC is seeking a dedicated Cafe Supervisor for a part-time role supporting operations in a major High Street brand. The position involves supervising frontline teams, managing rotas, stock, and deliveries while upholding high standards of food handling and safety.

Qualifications

• Previous experience supervising frontline teams within a similar environment.
• Good communication skills with a focus on great Customer Service.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Willingness to learn new skills and develop in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Check and store deliveries promptly and correctly.
• Supervise a team and create a positive, welcoming environment.
• Act as a responsible key holder.
• Assist with weekly bookwork and other duties as necessary.
• Produce weekly rotas following manager guidelines.
• Place orders to maintain stock levels and delegate tasks as needed.
• Ensure the team is proactive and compliant with standards.
• Follow Food Handling, Hygiene, and Health & Safety regulations.
