Compass Group UK is recruiting a Cafe Supervisor on a part-time basis (30 hours per week) to help run a busy cafe in a major High Street brand. You will supervise frontline staff, manage rotas and stock, and ensure compliance with food safety and health regulations.

The role offers progression within a large, people-focused organisation. Ideal candidates will have supervision experience, excellent communication, and a positive, proactive attitude.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising frontline teams in a similar environment.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Team player with a can-do attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure while staying positive.

Responsabilités

• Ensuring all deliveries are checked and stored promptly and correctly
• Supervising a team and creating a welcoming, supportive environment
• Being a responsible key holder
• Assisting with weekly bookwork and other duties as necessary
• Producing weekly rotas according to manager's guidelines
• Placing orders for stock to maintain stock levels
• Delegating where necessary and ensuring the team is proactive
• Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards
• Complying with Health & Safety regulations
