Job summary

Healthcare Retail, part of Medirest, is hiring a Cafe Supervisor on a part-time basis to lead the shop floor and ensure excellent service. You will manage a small team, handle till operations, and maintain stock levels while delivering friendly, high-quality customer care.

This role emphasises rota planning, stock control, and strict adherence to Food Hygiene and Health & Safety standards. Benefits include health checks and pension provisions for eligible staff.

We're currently recruiting a Cafe Supervisor to join a major High Street brand on a part time basis, contracted to 30 hours per week. You'll lead the team on the shop floor, keeping things running smoothly and making sure every customer gets great service. What you’ll do

• Supervising a team, creating a positive environment where everyone feels welcomed and supported
• Using the till, taking orders and receiving payments
• Producing weekly rotas following the manager's guidelines
• Checking and storing deliveries promptly and correctly, and ordering stock
• Being a responsible key holder
• Complying with Food Hygiene and Health & Safety standards

• Have experience supervising frontline teams in a similar environment
