Compass Group UK&I is hiring a Cafe Supervisor on a part-time basis to help ensure the smooth running of operations in a major High Street brand. The role involves supervising a frontline team, managing weekly rotas, stock orders, and maintaining high standards of food handling and safety.

The ideal candidate will have previous supervisory experience, strong communication, and a can-do attitude, thriving under pressure while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifikationen

• Previous experience supervising frontline teams within a similar environment.
• Good communication skills with a focus on great Customer Service.

Aufgaben

• Ensuring all deliveries are checked and stored promptly and correctly.
• Supervising a team, creating a positive environment where the team feel welcomed and supported.
• Being a responsible key holder.
• Assisting with weekly bookwork and any other duties that are necessary.
• Producing weekly rotas following the manager's guidelines.
• Placing orders for stock to maintain the correct stock levels.
• Delegating where necessary and ensuring the team are proactive at all times.
• Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards.
• Complying with Health & Safety regulations.
