With 4+ years in retail or hospitality, you bring enthusiasm, resilience, and a passion for makeup. Flexible weekend and holiday availability and full training ensure you grow with a leading beauty brand.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering strong customer service in retail or hospitality.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Passion for cosmetics and makeup products.
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual retail sales goals and demonstrate products to drive sales.
• Provide brow services (waxing, tinting, tweezing) to customers.
• Collaborate with team to meet counter and business needs.
• Support in-store, external and charity events to promote products and sales.
• Complete daily/weekly sales worksheets and assist counter management with administration.
• Maintain a clean, hygienic counter and displays to uphold brand image.
