Responsibilities

• Achieve individual retail sales targets and build strong connections with customers
• Provide brow services (waxing, tinting, tweezing) to generate service revenue
• Collaborate with team to meet counter and business needs
• Support in-store, external, and charity events to promote products
• Complete daily/weekly worksheets to track sales and assist with counter administration
• Maintain a clean, hygienic counter and brand image to drive sales
