Personnel Selection is recruiting a Part Time Broker Support Assistant in Fleet. The role is 4 days per week on a 12-month fixed term contract, with hybrid working after initial training.

Salary is £28k full-time equivalent, with a comprehensive benefits package including 25 days holiday, birthday day off, bonus, pension and private medical insurance. Qualifications

• Experience in financial services, ideally mortgage sector.
• Customer service or sales support background dealing with clients by phone, email and live chat.
• Ability to manage a high workload with accuracy and regulatory awareness.

Responsibilities

• Take inbound calls, emails and live chat from brokers and intermediaries and resolve enquiries.
• Provide technical product and underwriting guidance to intermediaries.
• Support the Sales team and maintain the intermediary database.
• Set up new companies and ensure internal processes are followed.
• Coordinate with Operations for pre- and post-sale queries.
• Keep up to date on company products and competitor offerings.
• Contribute to meeting service standards and team targets.
