Job summary

Catering in Fleet, Hampshire is seeking a Customer Service Executive for a fixed-term maternity cover. The role is 4 days a week, hybrid options, with a salary of £21,400 plus benefits.

You will be the main contact for brokers and intermediaries, handling calls, emails and live chat, offering product guidance and underwriting support, and working with the Sales team to ensure service excellence. Experience in mortgages or financial services is desirable.

• Experience in mortgages or financial services is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Responding to telephone, email and live chat enquiries from brokers and intermediaries.
• Providing technical guidance on my clients products and underwriting criteria.
• Supporting intermediaries with portal and IT-related queries.
• Maintaining the intermediary database and setting up new companies in line with internal processes.
• Liaising with Operations teams on pre- and post-sale queries.
• Keeping up to date with products, processes, procedures and competitor offerings.
• Working collaboratively across Sales and other areas of the business.
• Ensuring all activity is carried out in line with regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Supporting the wider team to achieve service standards and business objectives.
