Job summary

Massenhove Recruitment Limited is seeking a Broker Support Consultant to join the team. The role focuses on onboarding and supporting brokers within a hybrid and remote working setup, delivering excellent customer service through calls and emails.

Ideal candidates will have 4+ years in broking or insurer environments, knowledge of Acturis and broker processes, and strong admin skills. Training toward Cert CII is encouraged where possible.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years' experience in broking or insurer/customer-driven environment.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Knowledge of Acturis and broker/insurer processes.
• Personal & Commercial Lines experience/knowledge.
• Technical experience in broking across product lines with a customer focus.
• Strong administration skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• First response unit for new and existing brokers; onboarding, training and insurer support.
• Handle queries quickly and professionally with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Own allocated broker panel and manage day-to-day queries or escalate as needed.
• Arrange regular meetings with allocated brokers (virtual, calls, or face-to-face).
