Responsibilities

• Manage cases from application through to completion.
• Transfer and maintain data and prepare case notes and deal trackers.
• Follow up with lenders, solicitors, and brokers.
• Upload and manage documents on lender portals and internal systems.
• Maintain a live pipeline of all cases and well-organised client files.
