Job summary

Under Armour, Inc. is seeking a part-time Sales Associate in England. You will be the face of the brand, delivering standout service, driving sales, and keeping the store looking sharp.

If you enjoy fast-paced days, great teams, and making customers feel like VIPs, this is your moment to shine and grow with the brand. You will greet customers, recommend products, handle POS, and assist with omni-channel requests while representing our values and commitment to teamwork.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 16 (or 18 in California)
• Able to maneuver on sales floor, stockroom and office
• Basic English is a plus
• Flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends
• Strong communication skills
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs/12 kgs
• Comfortable with technology (hand-held and mobile devices)

Responsibilities

• Offer great customer service from greeting to checkout
• Suggest apparel and footwear to customers
• Share knowledge about products
• Stock, straighten and clean the store
• Work front and back of store including POS and payments
• Handle omni-channel requests through digital experience
• Collaborate effectively within a team
• Adapt to a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
• Promote the Rewards program to customers
• Pursue self-development and growth opportunities
• Deliver omni-channel requests per UA processes
• Fulfill scheduled hours per attendance policy
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management
