Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum age 16 (18 in California)
• Able to maneuver sales floor, stockroom and office; lift up to 25 lbs/12 kgs
• Local language fluency; English a plus
• Able to work flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends
• Perform essential functions of the role
• Able to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for long periods
• Willing to learn technology (computers, handheld devices)
• Participate in contests for merchandise/prizes
• Work in a high-energy team environment; opportunities for development

Responsibilities

• Offer great customer service from greeting to checkout
• Recommend apparel and footwear to customers
• Share product knowledge with customers
• Stock, straighten and clean store
• Work front and back of store including POS and payments
• Fulfill omni-channel customer requests digitally
• Demonstrate teamwork and collaboration
• Handle fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Promote the Rewards program to customers
• Pursue self-development and growth opportunities
• Deliver omni-channel requests per UA processes and policies
