Qualifications

• Minimum age 16 (18 in some jurisdictions)
• Able to move around sales floor, stockroom and office
• Basic English is a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service from greeting to checkout
• Recommend apparel and footwear to customers
• Share knowledge about products and brand
• Stock, straighten and clean the store
• Assist with front and back of store tasks including POS and payments
• Fulfil omni-channel customer requests via digital experience
• Demonstrate teamwork and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
