Job summary

Under Armour in the United Kingdom is seeking a part-time Sales Associate to deliver outstanding customer experiences and drive sales. You will greet customers, recommend apparel and footwear, and maintain a sharp store environment.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years old (or 18 in California).
• Able to move around sales floor, stockroom and office; lift up to 25 lbs/12 kgs.
• Local language fluency; basic English is a plus.
• Flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends.
• Strong communication skills; able to perform essential functions.
• Physically able to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand long periods.
• Comfortable with technology (computers, hand-held and mobile devices).

Responsibilities

• Offer great customer service from a sincere greeting to an efficient checkout.
• Suggest the right apparel and footwear to bring out the best in each customer.
• Share knowledge about products; stock, straighten and clean the store.
• Work front and back of store, including point of sale and payments.
• Fulfill omni-channel requests via the digital experience; promote loyalty program.
