Qualifications

• Minimum age 16 years (18 in some locations)
• Able to move around sales floor, stockroom, and office
• Lift up to 25 lbs / 12 kg
• Basic English is a plus
• Flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends
• Strong communication skills
• Able to perform essential functions of the role
• Able to stand for extended periods and use ladder if needed
• Comfortable with handheld/mobile technology

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service from greeting to checkout
• Recommend apparel and footwear to customers
• Share product knowledge with customers
• Stock, straighten and clean the store
• Assist with front and back-of-store tasks including POS and payments
• Fulfill omni-channel requests via digital experience
• Collaborate effectively within the team
