Job summary

Under Armour in Gretna, United Kingdom, is hiring a Sales Associate for a fast-paced retail team. You will greet customers, drive sales, and keep the store looking sharp while representing the UA brand and values.

You will assist customers with apparel and footwear selections, process transactions at the POS, stock and maintain displays, and support omni-channel requests to deliver a seamless shopping experience. Part-time hours with opportunities for growth are available.

Qualifications

• Must be able to provide excellent customer service from greeting to checkout (≤140 chars)
• Strong communication skills to help customers and collaborate with team (≤140 chars)
• Flexible schedule to meet business needs, including holidays, nights and weekends (≤140 chars)
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs / 12 kgs and move around sales floor and stockroom (≤140 chars)
• Comfortable with technology and handheld/mobile devices (≤140 chars)

Responsibilities

• Offer great customer service, from a sincere greeting to an efficient checkout
• Suggest the right apparel and footwear to bring out the best in each customer
• Stock, straighten and clean the store and assist front and back of store tasks
• Process payments at point of sale and fulfill omni-channel requests
• Promote the Rewards program and contribute to a high-energy team environment
