Job summary

NEXT is seeking a detail-oriented team member in Stoke-on-Trent to locate, pack and promptly process stock and present it well to customers. The role includes sales floor support and exceptional customer service, with flexible working options and day-one development opportunities.

Qualifications

• No specific qualifications required; training provided.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift light to moderate loads.
• Reliable, punctual and good communicator.

Responsibilities

• Locate, pack and transfer stock quickly and accurately.
• Meet deadlines to ensure on-time delivery to customers.
• Keep store and stock areas clean, tidy and organized.
• Support all store areas including sales floor with fast, friendly service.
• Report to Coordinators or Managers as part of the store team.
